We work with some clients directly and others through strategic partnerships with advertising or other marketing agencies. Either way we are simply part of a larger marketing team. Having come from the agency world, we understand the dynamics, the personalities and the process. We play extremely well with the other children.
Direct Clients
When engaged by a client directly we most often work with the Director of Marketing. What our clients come to learn is that we bring far more to the table than just analytics or database services. We are fluent in all aspects of marketing programs and have proven invaluable as a resource for marketing recommendations, assessment and solutions.
Agency Strategic Partnerships
Again, our agency background allows us to plug right into your process. We work seamlessly with your creative, strategic and account people to present your client with a singular, integrated front. Our presentation and sales skills are significant assets when attempting to delve into the murky world of database marketing, demographics and modeling. By partnering with A-M-I-Group, your agency can present capabilities that, for the vast majority of firms, simply cannot be economically justified in-house. I know. I've built and maintained these departments in four major agencies. I know what the personnel and technology cost. And that's assuming you can even find people with the necessary backgounds.
Protecting Client Confidentiality
We cannot accept every assignment or every potential customer. We jealously guard the business intelligence we develop for clients and, as a result, cannot work for an organization (or accept an agency assignment) which competes with or whose business overlaps that of a client with whom we are currently engaged. Notwithstanding the business ethics aspect, we want to avoid even the possibility that learning from one client could be unintentionally transferred to another. In addition, we will not discuss work we are doing for a client even in the context of a case study. Our work is highly proprietary and our clients want to protect the strategic advantage gained from it. Moreover, if requested by a client, we will not even disclose that we are working with them.
